The compensating cable for thermocouple in intrinsic safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system is a cable composed of multiple pairs of compensating wires for intrinsic safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system. In addition to the performance of other compensating cables, it also has explosion-proof safety performance. Suitable for environments with explosive hazards and high requirements for explosion-proof safety performance, extending the explosion-proof thermocouple cold end to connect with explosion-proof temperature measuring instruments to form an intrinsic safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system.
2、 Execution standards
This product complies with the equivalent of GB/4989-94 and adopts the IEC584-3 standard
Flame retardant properties comply with the requirements of GB12666-5 (IEC332-3)
3、 Characteristics of using intrinsically safe high-temperature compensation cables
1. Operating temperature: heat-resistant grade: 180 ℃, ordinary grade: 70 ℃ and 105 ℃;
2. Low ambient temperature:
Fluoroplastic insulation flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath:
Fixed installation: -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃;
Fluoroplastic insulated silicone rubber sheath:
Fixed installation: -60 ℃, non fixed installation -20 ℃;
3. Cable installation and laying temperature: flame retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath not less than 0 ℃, silicone rubber sheath not less than -25 ℃;
4. Allowable bending radius: Copper tape shielded wrapped cables shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and other cables shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
