1、 Product Overview:
The LZ series metal tube rotor flowmeter is a variable area flow meter based on float position measurement. Adopting an all metal structure and modular concept design, it is widely used in various industries for flow measurement and process control under complex and harsh environments, low flow rates, and various harsh medium conditions due to its small size, low pressure loss, large range ratio (10:1), and easy installation and maintenance.
The series of metal tube flow meters have multiple measurement forms for users to choose from according to different user needs and occasions; According to the output form, there are local indication type, remote transmission output type, and control alarm type; According to explosion-proof requirements, it can be classified into three types: ordinary type, intrinsic safety type, and isolated explosion-proof type.
The magnetic sensor adopts non-contact detection of magnetic field angle changes and is equipped with a Motorola microprocessor system, which can achieve functions such as LCD indication, accumulation, remote transmission output (4-20mA), pulse output, upper and lower limit alarm output. This type of intelligent signal transmitter has high precision and reliability, and can completely replace imported ***** type instruments. 2、 Working principle:
The LZ series metal tube rotor flowmeter is a device that generates an upward force by generating a differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the float when the measured medium passes through a conical measuring tube from bottom to top. When the upward force acting on the float is greater than the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, the float rises, and the annular gap area increases accordingly. The fluid flow velocity at the annular gap immediately decreases, and the differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the float decreases. The upward force acting on the float also decreases until the upward force is equal to the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, and the float stabilizes at a certain height. The height of the float position corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium. The float is equipped with magnetic steel, and when the float moves up and down with the medium, the magnetic field changes with the movement of the float.
a、 For the in-situ type, the rotating magnetic steel in the in-situ indicator is coupled with the magnetic steel inside the float, causing rotation and driving the pointer to indicate the current flow rate through the dial.
b、 For intelligent indicators, a solid-state magnetic sensor in the intelligent indicator converts changes in the magnetic field into electrical signals, which are then converted into A/D signals, processed by a microprocessor, D/A output, and displayed on an LCD screen to show the magnitude and cumulative flow rate.
3、 Flow meter type:
According to the direction of fluid inlet and outlet, products are divided into five types: vertical type, horizontal type (also divided into horizontal T-shaped and horizontal spring type), bottom inlet and side outlet type, side inlet and side outlet type, and side inlet and upper outlet type. Each type includes standard type, high temperature type, jacket type, etc.
When the diameter of the horizontally installed flowmeter is less than DN50 (inclusive), a T-shaped structure is selected, and when it is greater than DN50, a spring structure is selected.
Flow meter connection specifications: The LZ series metal tube flow meter standard adopts the GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, which can be customized according to customer needs; Threaded connection and clamp connection can also be used.
Magnetic filter:
If the medium contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed before the inlet of the flowmeter.
