Hot sleeve thermocouple

1、 Overview

Thermocouples or resistance thermometers are mainly used to measure the steam temperature of boilers or pipelines. In order to resist the impact of high temperature, high pressure, and high flow rate steam, an installation insertion depth of about 100mm is adopted. In order to avoid temperature measurement errors caused by insufficient insertion depth, a three sided integrated processing protection tube, a simplified heat sleeve, and a main equipment combination welding method are used. The gap between the three sided area and the inner hole of the heat sleeve is utilized to fill the heat medium with high temperature inside the heat sleeve, effectively increasing the insertion depth.

Hot sleeve thermocouples and thermal resistors have two corresponding structures and installation forms based on the differences in pressure, temperature, and flow rate used, and users can freely choose according to their usage.

2、 Application

Hot set thermocouples are mainly suitable for steam pipelines, boilers, and other places that require temperature, pressure, and flow rate.

3、 Advantages of Hot Loop Thermocouples

4. The thermocouple body and protective tube have a separate structure, which allows for quick replacement of temperature measuring elements without stopping the machine.

5. The overall protective tube for deep blind hole processing has uniform wall thickness at the end, no welding stress and potential risks of intergranular corrosion. Therefore, it is pressure resistant, impact resistant, reliable in use, has a long service life, and can ensure the safe operation of the unit.

6. The overall tensile 650 ℃ high-temperature armored platinum resistance element has shock resistance and temperature measurement upper limit that can meet the high-precision and highly reliable main steam temperature measurement of large units.
