High temperature resistant compensating wire

Product Description:
High temperature resistant compensation wire is a type of compensation wire used to extend the thermoelectric electrode, which is the cold end of a moving thermocouple, and connect it to a temperature measurement system composed of a display instrument.
Compensation wires are generally used in thermocouples, while high-temperature resistant compensation wires. The insulation and protective layers of thermocouple compensation wires are made of different materials according to environmental requirements. The sheath materials include fluoroplastics, low smoke and low halogen polyvinyl chloride, and alkali free glass fibers. Fluoroplastics can withstand temperatures of 260 ℃ and adopt a new process of continuous extrusion to make the product have excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, and non flammability. It can be immersed in oil and water for long-term use.
The temperature range for thermocouple compensation wires can be between -60-260 ℃. The series of products are mainly used in various temperature measuring devices, and the compensation wire models are divided into SC KC、KX、EX、JX、TX、NC。
Thermocouple compensation wire product usage characteristics: The compensation wire can work in an environment of -60~260 ℃, making it an ideal automation unit. It has been widely used for single or multi-point connection of automated temperature measuring instruments in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power.
