Furnace wall thermocouple

The furnace wall thermocouple uses armored thermocouple components with a diameter of Φ 4 or Φ 5 as temperature measuring probes. The measuring end is tightly attached to the surface of the heat transfer plate using screws, clamps, or welding (welding is not suitable when using thermal resistance components). The other side of the heat transfer plate has the same curved surface as the measured surface. The heat transfer plate is welded or clamped tightly to the measured furnace wall to measure the temperature of the furnace wall or pipe wall. Furnace wall thermocouples are suitable for temperature measurement of boiler walls, pipe walls, and other cylindrical surfaces in power plants.

1) Thermocouples of Class I and thermal resistors of Class A shall be ordered according to the agreement;
