On the electric contact signal pin of the electric contact pressure gauge device, an adjustable long-term magnetic steel is installed, which can increase the suction force of the contact, accelerate the contact action, make the contact reliable, eliminate the arc, and effectively avoid frequent disconnection of the contact caused by working environment vibration or medium pressure pulsation of the instrument. Performance and working principle of electric contact pressure gauge

The working principle of an electric contact pressure gauge is that the spring tube of the measuring system is forced to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of a pull rod transmitted through a gear transmission mechanism and amplified, the measured value is pointed out on the dial by a pointer (along with the contact) fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, when it comes into contact (or disconnects) with the contact (lower or upper limit) on the given needle, the control mechanism takes corresponding actions (whether to work or not) through the action of relays and contactors in the circuit system (to turn on or off the power), and can emit electrical signals to achieve the purpose of white motion control and alarm.
