Armored thermal resistor

Armored thermistor is a type of temperature sensor that has a smaller diameter, is more flexible, and has better shock resistance than prefabricated thermistors. It is suitable for installation in situations where prefabricated thermistors cannot be installed. Our company's WZPK series armored thermistors use imported thermistors for temperature measurement, which have the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality, and long service life.

The outer protective sleeve of the armored thermal resistor is made of stainless steel and filled with high-density oxide material insulation. Therefore, the armored thermal resistor has strong anti pollution performance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for installation in harsh environments.

Armored thermal resistors can be used to measure temperatures within the range of -200-600 ℃, and can be directly connected to secondary instruments using copper wires. Due to their excellent electrical output characteristics, armored thermal resistors can provide accurate temperature change signals for display instruments, recorders, regulators, scanners, data recorders, and computers.

● Working principle

Working principle of armored thermistor: Under the action of temperature, the resistance of the thermistor wire changes accordingly, and the display instrument will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value generated by the thermistor.

The ratio of the resistance value (R100) of the thermistor temperature sensing element at 100 ℃ to its resistance R0 at 0 ℃: （R100/R0）

Division number Pt100: Class A R0=100 ± 0.06 Ω

B-class R0=100 ± 0.12 Ω

R0/R100=1.3850
