In certain special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants, etc., special materials and structures of thermocouples must be used.

Corrosion resistant coatings have excellent anti-corrosion properties. Except for molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, and oxygen trifluoride with high flow rate liquid fluorine, they can resist almost all of their chemical media and can be used for a long time in the range of 0-250 ℃. If the fixed thread needs to be made into a corrosion-resistant structure, the thread cannot work in a pressure environment.

Titanium alloy pipes can withstand corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, wet chlorine, and oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), but are not resistant to corrosion from relatively pure reducing acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). The temperature range of titanium alloy pipes is below 500 ℃, and this product still complies with JB/T9238-1999 and JB/T8622-1997.
