Product Description:
The monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter has a high measurement accuracy of 0.075%, a 100:1 wide range ratio, high stability, fast response speed, and high reliability. It comes with a built-in HART communication function for easy manual debugging. It is inherently safe, explosion-proof, and comes with multiple isolation diaphragm structures and process connection standards. It is suitable for pressure measurement under micro pressure, absolute pressure, negative pressure, high temperature and high pressure, low temperature, and corrosion conditions.
1、 Working principle of monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter
Constructed using the piezoresistive effect of single crystal silicon. Using a single crystal silicon wafer as the elastic element, a set of equivalent resistors are diffused in a specific direction on the single crystal silicon film using integrated circuit technology, and the resistors are connected into a bridge. The single crystal silicon wafer is placed inside the sensor cavity. When the pressure changes, the single crystal silicon undergoes strain, causing the strain resistance directly diffused on it to change proportionally to the measured pressure, and then the corresponding voltage output signal is obtained by the bridge circuit.
